It implements the boolean AND operation for the input of the block and the value supplied to the corresponding control winding of the relay:
where y(t) is the output signal of the block, xr(t) is the value (state) of the relay, x(t) is the input signal of the block. To view the structure of the algorithm, right-click the block and select the item Actions → Enter to the submodel. The signal transmission from the control winding of the relay is implemented using the block From memory.
