The block returns the boolean 1 if the number of inputs on which the value is equal to the boolean 1 is greater than or equal to a set number:

where x_i(t) is the scalar value at the i-th input to the block, y(t) is the output logic signal, k is the internal variable of the block to calculate the number of input signals equal to 1.
