The block reads data from the local list of project signals (or from the list of signals of the connected database). A vector is created at the output of the block, the dimension of the vector is equal to the sum of the dimensions of the read signals. When you double-click on the block, the editor of the list of variables to be read appears:
Assigning table fields:
- No. — the serial number of the signal (and, accordingly, the output of the block) is set.
- ID — signal (output) identifier.
- Source — a description of the "point of departure" of the signal (where the signal comes from).
- Marking — the marking of the signal (or signal source).
- Signal (setpoint) — designation or name of the signal. It is used in the creation of algorithms for the formation of signals (setpoints) from the control units of valves, motors, etc.
- Signal name — the name of the variable read from the database.
