The block records data to a text file. Each line of a text file is output (recorded to a file) in the format:

<time> <value 1> … <value n>

Value recording step - the time step with which the values of the function will be recorded;
Data file name - the file name where the values of the function will be recorded;
Number of inputs - the number of recorded functions;
Record format - setting the accuracy with which the record will be recorded.
