Slip frequency calculation

in the palette on the schematic

When orienting the d-axis of the dq system along the rotor flux, the block calculates the slip frequency corresponding to the specified motor torque.

The block calculates the slip frequency according to the following formula:

where:
  • Δω — angular field slip velocity,
  • Mnorm — normalizing torque value,
  • Me — electromagnetic torque of the motor,
  • RR — rotor resistance,
  • Zp — the number of motor pole pairs,
  • ψR — rotor flux linkage;

When working in absolute values, it is necessary to set Mnorm = 1.

Note:
For detailed description of the model see [1, 2].
