The block is a service one, with the help of which you can insert an arbitrary comment in RTF format anywhere in the schematic. To edit a comment, double-click on the block. The block allows the User to type explanatory text messages in a special text window.

- up - the second coordinate of the text editing window location;
- width - width of the text editing window;
- height - height of the text editing window;
- text itself - the text interpreted by the RTF processor.
