The block is a mechanism for freezing and unfreezing the calculation of the submodel depending on the external condition. If the "Condition for the execution of the submodel" block is placed inside the Submodel, then the submodel will have an additional input, and the submodel itself will be executed (calculated) only if logical 1 is supplied to this input. If logical 0 is fed to the new input of the submodel, then the entire submodel and all the blocks inside it are "frozen" until logical 1 is fed back to the input of the submodel.
