The block performs sampling of an element from the vector by the set number. Operation algorithm of the block:
where u1(t) is the first input scalar signal determining the number of the selected element, starting from 1; u2,i(t) is the i-th element of the second input vector signal u2(t) from which sampling is carried out; n≥1 is the dimension of the second input, a natural number.

Inputs
- ELEM_NUMS - scalar signal that determines the number of the selected element;
