The block is vectorized. It implements the mathematical model of the link, the dynamics of which is described by a linear equation (LE) with a delay:

where xi(t) is the i-th element of the input signal to the block, xi(t-Ti) is the value of the i-th element of the input signal stored in the block Ti seconds ago, relative to the current model time; Ti is the element of the delay time vector, yi(t) is the element of the output signal from the block. Under zero initial conditions, the dynamics of the block can be represented by the following transfer function (for the scalar signals):
therefore, the icon of this block has a similar appearance.

The dimensions of the input, output and delay time vector signals must be the same.
