The block forms a logical signal at the output equal to 0 or equal to the input signal, depending on its "state":

The state of the key is controlled (changed) by pressing the left mouse button once on the block during the calculation process. If the schematic is in the Display mode, when the mouse cursor is placed over the block, the block is framed by a blue frame, which indicates the "interactivity" of the block.
