The block generates a logic signal equal to 0 or 1 at the output, depending on its "state", namely:

The state of the button is controlled by clicking on it once with the left mouse button during calculation. If the schematic is in the Display mode, when the mouse cursor is placed over the block, the block is framed by a blue frame, which indicates the "interactivity" of the block.
