Separation of the minimum with the formation of the sign

The block passes the minimum of two analog input signals to the analog output or repeats the signal value if it is the same for both inputs. The discrete output of the sign becomes equal to 1 if the minimum is the value at the second input. Otherwise, the sign is 0. An example of the block operation in different cases is shown in the Figure:
